After Bobby Jindal delivered the Republican response to President Obama's address, many say he could be the new face of the GOP.  Jindal is also a devout Catholic who has signed off on anti-evolution legislation and who has close ties to religious conservatives in the Louisiana Family Forum.  Welton  speaks with New York Times national correspondent Adam Nossiter about religion and politics in Baton Rouge.
