Asra Nomani is a former reporter for the Wall Street Journal and the author of Standing Alone: An American Woman’s Struggle for the Soul of Islam. She is currently a visiting scholar in the practice of journalism at Georgetown University where she leads the Pearl Project, a faculty-student investigation into the murder of Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl. Brittany Huckabee is the founder and principal of Version One Productions, Inc., and served as a 2006-2007 Filmmaker-in-Residence at WGBH, Boston’s award-winning PBS station.
