The Washington Post has a fascinating article about a new poll from Gallup that looks at Americans’ attitudes toward Islam. According to the article, the poll found that a majority of Americans view Islam “unfavorably”. (It’s a slight majority – 53% – but still a majority.) Another interesting finding is that “respondents who said they feel “a great deal” of prejudice toward Jews are very likely to report feeling the same level of bias toward Muslims.” Read the WashPo article here.
