As the supreme Court of the United States heard oral arguments in the first of two cases that could prove to drastically alter the way LGBT Americans’ relationships are treated by the law in this country, United for Marriage Equality organized a rally on the courthouse steps. Welton Gaddy was one of the speakers at that rally, and emphasized that there is no conflict between religious freedom and the freedom to marry.
