In early 1933, German pastor and theologian Dietrich Bonhoeffer delivered a radio address to the nation warning Germany of the rise of the Nazi party, leading to his eventual execution at the hands of the Nazis. Rev. Rob Schenck, president of the Dietrich Bonhoeffer Institute in Washington D.C., will join Welton to discuss whether the history we are currently creating is one parallel to a “Bonhoeffer Moment.”
